Supervisory Board Reappoints Marko Jazbec as President of the Management Board Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana, hereby announces the following: The Supervisory Board of Sava Re, at its meeting this week, reappointed Marko Jazbec for a new term as President of the Management Board of Sava Re. The Supervisory Board considers that Marko Jazbec is successfully leading the company and the Sava Insurance Group in a demanding international environment marked by geostrategic uncertainties and challenges in the insurance, reinsurance and international financial markets. The Sava Insurance Group is already preparing its strategic plan for the next five-year period. By reappointing him, the Supervisory Board ensures continuity of leadership, which is important for the effective preparation and implementation of the long-term development guidelines and strategic projects of the company and the group. This announcement will also be published on the company's website www.sava-re.si from 9 October 2026 for a period of at least five years.
